Keyboard shortcuts

This page lists the keyboard shortcuts of the Luzbase editor. In the editor, press F1 or click Keyboard shortcuts in the toolbar to see the most common ones.

On a Mac, Cmd is the Command key (⌘) and Option is the Option key (⌥). Shortcuts cannot be changed, and there are no Vim or Emacs key bindings.

Action Mac Windows and Linux
Compile Cmd+Enter or Cmd+Shift+Enter Ctrl+Enter or Ctrl+Shift+Enter
Open the Save version dialog Cmd+S Ctrl+S
Save the version (in the Save version dialog) Cmd+Enter Ctrl+Enter
Show the cursor’s line in the PDF Control+Option+J Ctrl+Alt+J
Copy selected text in the PDF preview Cmd+C Ctrl+C

Your work is saved as you type, so Ctrl+S does not “save the file”. It opens the dialog for saving a named version. See Save a version.

These work in LaTeX files, in both the code editor and visual mode.
