Projects dashboard

The projects dashboard at luzbase.com/projects lists every project you own or have been invited to. Use it to find a project and open it.

  • Filter: choose All, Owned by me, Shared with me or Archived. Archived projects appear only under Archived.
  • Search: type in Search projects… to match project names and descriptions.
  • Sort: choose Recently updated (the default), Recently created or Name (A–Z).
  • View: switch between Grid view and List view. Luzbase remembers your choice in this browser.

The dashboard shows 30 projects at a time. Click Load more at the bottom to see more.

Your filter, search, sort and view are part of the page address, so you can bookmark a view you use often.

Each card shows the project’s name and description, your role (Owner, Editor or Viewer), how many documents, branches and open discussions it has, up to four members, and when it was last updated. Archived projects carry an Archived label.

In list view, the columns are Project, Members, Updated and Role.

Click a card to open the project page.

When someone invites you to a project, a banner says You have N pending invitations. Click Review to accept or decline them. See Accept an invitation.

Click New project at the top of the dashboard, or the dashed New project card at the end of the grid. See Create a project.

You can’t add tags, folders or stars to projects, or act on several projects at once. To rename, archive or delete a project, open it and go to Settings. See Project page and settings and Archive and delete.
