Promo codes
A promo code gives your account a paid plan for a set number of months. Nothing is charged, and it doesn’t renew on its own.
Redeem a code
Section titled “Redeem a code”- Confirm your email address first. See Profile and email address.
- Open your avatar menu and click Billing.
- Under Promo code, enter it in Code. Upper and lower case don’t matter.
- Click Redeem.
You see “Code redeemed. Luzbase Pro now runs until date.” (with the plan and date from your code). Current plan then says the plan comes from a promo code, shows its end date and No charge.
You can also enter a code in the upgrade dialog and on the pricing page.
When the code ends
Section titled “When the code ends”When the promo period ends, your account moves to Free, unless you subscribe. Luzbase emails you before it ends. You can subscribe once the promo period is over. See Upgrade to Pro and Downgrade to Free.
If you already pay for a plan
Section titled “If you already pay for a plan”Promo codes can’t be added to a paid subscription, so the Promo code section doesn’t appear on Billing while you have one. If you try elsewhere, you see “Promo codes cannot be added to a paid subscription. Use Manage billing for changes to it.”
