Sign in and reset your password
Sign in to Luzbase with your email and password, or with the Google or GitHub account you signed up with. If you forget your password, reset it with a link we email you.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Go to luzbase.com/auth/login.
- Click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub, or enter your Email and Password and click Sign in.
- If you have turned on two-factor authentication, Luzbase asks you to Confirm it’s you. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify and sign in. See Two-factor authentication.
Each sign-in adds a New sign-in to your account alert to your notifications. When you sign in from a new device, we also email you.
If sign-in fails
Section titled “If sign-in fails”| Message | What to do |

| Invalid email or password. | Check both fields, or reset your password. |
| Too many attempts. Please wait a moment. | Wait a minute, then try again. |
| An account with this email already exists… | You signed up with a password. Sign in with it, then link Google or GitHub from Account settings → Connections. |
| This account is suspended… | Click Contact support. |
Reset a forgotten password
Section titled “Reset a forgotten password”- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your Email and click Send reset link.
- Open the email within 1 hour, click the link, and set a new password.
Resetting your password signs you out on every device. For details, see Change or reset your password.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Open the menu under your avatar in the top-right corner and click Log out.
